Your day to day
Your main duties will be to: • Welcome and orientate our guests upon their arrival within the hotel according to our Standard Operating Procedures. • Ensure every guest feels special during their stay. • Take care of the guests’ luggage and respect all the procedures. • Ensure the valet service smoothly and in complete safety. • Bring special attention to our regular and VIP guests.
What we need from you
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for: -one year of experience in a similar position within a within a hotel of the same category -Luxury and lifestyle experience is an advantage -Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
